Closing Times

Both Gotham Sound locations are closed Friday, December 24th and Monday, December 27th.

Additionally, the Atlanta location will close at 3pm EST on Thursday, December 23rd.

Safe Interaction

Update, 1/1/23: Masks are still highly recommended, but not required for customers in-store unless interacting with someone else wearing a mask. Normal customer showroom floor access without prior arrangement is permitted, but all in-store order pick-ups and drop-offs still require an order number for pick-up.

Until further notice, all in-store order pick-ups and drop-offs must be arranged in advance and all in-person orders will be fulfilled with contactless or curbside transactions at both the New York and Atlanta shops. You must have an order number to pick-up.

Customer showroom floor access is by prior special appointment only and is limited to two customers at a time. Masks must be worn over nose and mouth when in the shop and social distancing practices must be observed. 

Eating and drinking are not permitted in the shop.

Gear checks are to be done on the desk in the front entryway; entry to the sales floor is not permitted except by the aforementioned special prior arrangement. Please keep it to brief checks; extended kit builds cannot be accommodated.
