Here's the latest from PortaBrace on their new redesigned AH-3HD heavy load harness:

Continuing to redesign and improve its audio products in keeping with the requests of its users, Portabrace is releasing a redesign of their heavy load harness. This modular harness is designed for audio professionals carrying both large and small rigs, and features an improved multi-point adjustment system. It also boasts a low and form fitting profile. The supportive waist belt fastens firmly to the body, enabling the user to lower the weight of the mixer down to the hips, taking strain off the shoulders and back. While remaining substantially reinforced and padded, the harness is extremely lightweight. This new harness system will be available very soon.

Now You're Playing with (100mW) Power!

We know we've been hitting the WisyCom a little hard lately, but we thought that you might be interested to know that the FCC has just approved a 100mW upgrade for the MTP40S-US transmitters!

Any MTP40S-US bought from this date forward will ship with the upgrade installed so users will have the full spectrum of selectable 10mW/50mW/100mW options. Any MTP40S-US transmitters purchased after 6/2/14 are eligible to have the firmware upgrade installed for free.
