Two big announcements from NAB this weekend:

• Zaxcom premiered their new NOMAD all-in-one mixer.recorder, available in 4, 6, 8, and 12 track flavors. Pre-orders are being accepted now and they're scheduled to ship later this summer!
   
• Sound Devices presented their PIX production recorders, capable of recording high-quality audio and video in a format suitable for direct transfer into most popular editing workflows.
