Description

Overview

The M3 MicTrak combines a supercardioid shotgun microphone and 32-bit float recorder in a convenient camera-mountable form factor featuring switchable polar patterns, headphone output, 3.5mm output for camera, low-cut filter, and up to twelve hours of battery life on two AAs. Delivery includes shock mount and 3.5mm cable for DSLR.

The M3 captures 90° or 120° stereo or mono audio with 32-bit float recording, so you're less dependent on gain settings whether you’re recording soft-spoken dialogue or the thunderous sound of drums. Learn more about 32-bit float technology here.

The M3 saves a backup Mid-Side RAW file, giving you the flexibility to adjust the stereo width of your recording in post.

Connect the M2 via USB when recording and streaming on PC or Mac.
