WireRig

The Ursa WireRig turns any lavalier microphone into a gooseneck mic. Its small size and versatility make the WireRig perfect for car rigs and plant mics.

At the core of the WireRig is a flexible copper wire that can extend up to 40cm. To use the WireRig, extend the wire to the desired length and then lock into place using one of the eight notches around the base. Coil your mic cable around the wire and lock the mic head into the top of the copper wire to secure it. Then adjust the wire to get the mic to its desired position.

Each WireRig comes with 20 Ursa Very Sticky Circles to mount the WireRig wherever you need it. The copper wire acts like a suspension to protect the microphone from noise being transmitted down the cable to the mic head. The cable is also strong enough to withstand attaching a Bubblebee Windbubble or Rycote Mini-Windjammer to the lavalier to cut down on wind noise.
