Overview

Rycote's Windshield Rain Jacket provides excellent weather protection for your microphone and windshield between takes. It has a convenient and easy-to-use slip-on design so you can quickly apply the Rain Jacket to your windshield when bad weather strikes.

The Windshield Rain Jacket is made from lightweight and eco-friendly carbon-weave material with a soft fabric lining. This provides a rugged and highly water-resistant cover for your windshield, but the material does not pass sound very well and shouldn't be used during recording.

The Windshield Rain Jacket (medium size) fits the following windshields:

Rycote Modular Windshield (Kit 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 295)
Rycote Super-Shield Kit (Small and Medium)
Rycote Cyclone Windshield Kit (Small and Medium)
