VT500X Extreme MKII Waterproof Omni Lavalier

Sound recordists go where the job takes them. Sometimes that's a comfy, air-conditioned studio that's down the block from a nice café. But sometimes, you're navigating raging rapids or stuck outside in the middle of a monsoon. And either way, you need your gear to work. For those situations when you need a lavalier to be heard no matter what gets thrown at it, Voice Technologies has created the VT500X Extreme Omni lavalier.

The VT500X Extreme takes the advancements Voice Technologies achieved with the VT500 Water Adventure microphone, and improves upon them. The VT500X EXTREME is certified IPX 8 waterproof, meaning the lavalier can be submerged under one meter of water for up to 24 hours without suffering water damage. In addition, the VT500X EXTREME features the same sweat, cut, and tear resistant cable found on the VT500 Water Adventure, so you can be extra sure the mic isn't going to fail you, even if you're recording in the middle of a sharknado.
