The Stingray Junior bag is designed specifically for small rigs with a couple of wireless receivers and transmitters, including the Sound Devices 633, Zaxcom Maxx and many similar sized mixer recorders, while still featuring most of the same utilities as the larger Stingray audio mixer recorder bags.
The dual full vertical frame protects the equipment and allows the bag to better stand on its own, while giving full access to the sides and bottom of the mixer recorder to access connectors and media. Accessories like sharkfins can be clipped onto the frame. The large trap door on the bottom and zippered side access panels complement the accessibility offered by the frame and further ease setup, cabling and battery swaps. Oversized side pockets offer plenty of room to store NP batteries or, through the use of battery cups storage, operation via dual NP batteries. Velcro-like Hook-and-Loop access allows cabling from these side pockets into the main compartment.
A separate front compartment is protected by a rigid front panel and can be expanded or closed tight. Various cable pass-through locations and smart storage points prove the versatility of the Stingray Junior bag to various equipment choices and recording environments. Webbing loops, Molle straps and D-Rings offer plenty of rigging points for additional accessories and allow the Stingray Jr. to be attached to harnesses and waistbelt; the adjustable top D-Ring is especially convenient for use with harnesses and changing payloads.
A built in kick-stand allows the bag to be angled when mixing table top or when resting the Jr. on the ground.
The Junior comes with a shoulder strap, a clear shield and a stealth cover; it is a perfect companion for the optional K-Tek Waistbelt and is fully compatible with the Stingray Harness.
