Sony MDR-7506 Headset with Cable Mic

The MDR-7506 is a large diaphragm foldable headphone designed for professional studio and live/broadcast applications.

The inline cable mic is located on the cable to hang just below the user's chin and has two switch-controlled settings to use either 12-48V phantom power or 5v bias power (for slate/com mic inputs on recorders). 

The cable is terminated with a TA5F connector that can be adapted to any mic or headphone circuit. The Sound Devices Scorpio can accept the headset directly into the TA5 headset connector for both stereo monitoring and communication/slating.
