Scarlett 2i2 USB Audio Interface

The Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Generation) is a small, compact, and easy-to-use USB audio interface. Simply plug in the USB cable; connect your microphones, instruments, or line level audio signals; and you're ready to record.

The fourth generation version adds a higher 120 dB dynamic range, loopback, and additional software.

Thanks to two combo XLR/TRS inputs with Scarlett preamps, high quality digital conversion, and 48v phantom power, whatever you plug into the Scarlett 2i2 will sound clear and natural on the other end. Setting the perfect gain level is also very simple, as both gain knobs are fitted with Gain Halo lights that flash brighter the stronger the signal is, and flash red when you're clipping.

The digital conversion operates at up to 24-bit and up to 192kHz, so you capture your recordings with clarity and detail. Focusrite’s AIR mode subtly modifies the preamp’s frequency response to model the sonic characteristics of their classic transformer-based ISA microphone preamps, breathing life into vocals and adding unique high-end detail.

The Scarlett 2i2 works with Mac or PC and is an excellent addition to any home studio, and is perfect for singer/songwriters, small podcast setups, and voice-over artists.
