RF Four Pack

The PSC RF Four Pack provides a convenient and compact way of providing power and diversity RF distribution for two slot-compatible receivers, including the Lectrosonics SR series, Wisycom MCR42S/MCR54, and Sennheiser EK 6042. It supports both analog and AES Digital audio outputs and up to 8 channels of Digital Audio when used with the Wisycom MCR54 receiver in AES mode. It's designed to be used either as a stand-alone unit with other ENG-style mixers or by cart based sound recordists.

The Four Pack provides bandwidth limited, super low noise RF distribution with two BNC antenna inputs and switchable antenna powering for use with powered antennas and remote amplifiers. The RF signal is input level limited, amplified to prevent signal loss though the unit, band-pass filtered and then split to the two receivers. RF outputs are delivered to the receivers via four right-angle, cable-mounted SMA connectors. It also has two RF output connectors for easy daisy chaining of two units or to feed RF to another device.

Audio outputs are available as mini XLR or on a DB-15 Multipin connection.

This product also contains a complete power distribution system that includes two battery inputs compatible with all types of NP-1 batteries and newer smart batteries. The four-color LED battery meter is switchable for all common battery voltages and chemistries. Five industry standard power output connectors are available as well as two USB power outputs with four amps of available current.

The state-of-the-art RF amplifier features a very low noise figure for exceptional performance in the field. It can also be powered via the standard 4 pin Hirose power connection and offers four individual TB3M audio output connectors which will pass both balanced analog and digital AES audio signals.

The unit is housed in a robust, aircraft aluminum housing which has been anodized and texture powder coated. All connectors are located on the two side panels with the exception of the BNC RF inputs on the front panel.

The RF 4 Pack is a smaller version of the RF 6 Pack which also incorporates a battery distribution system (BDS) into one compact unit. This product provides RF and power distribution to two slot receivers.
