QT-5100 RefMic HD Transmitter, Shure Compatible

The QT-5100 RefMic HD is a small, rugged transmitter designed for umpires, referees, or anyone who needs an extra level of control over their wireless signal. It's contained in a flexible water-resistant case with an internal Li-Ion rechargeable battery and heavy duty 1-pin Lemo connector.

What sets this transmitter apart from the standard QT-5100 RefMic is the re-designed microphone connector. With a side-exit orientation, the lavalier is firmly secured in its connection and can't be accidentally removed by the wearer. Similarly, this transmitter is designed with high-impact situations, like football or hockey games, in mind. If a referee were to get hit as a player went out of bounds, or struck by an errant slap shot, the RefMic HD is strong enough to withstand the impact, and keep the mic connection protected.

Situated on the bottom of the RefMic is a large, non-popping mute switch. With one flick, the wearer can mute or unmute their signal without causing any audible pop. This makes the QT-5100 RefMic ideal for a variety of sports officials or corporate presenters who need to control when they can be heard while also having top-notch audio quality.

The QT-5100 RefMic HD utilizes Q5X's RCAS™ (Remote Control Audio System) to offer audio technicians hands-off control of the transmitter's settings. It has a 1-Pin Lemo connector for lavalier microphones and the transmitter comes housed in a tough, composite hard case with built-in belt clip. Weighing less than two ounces and only half-an-inch thick, the QT-5100 RefMic HD is as comfortable to wear as it is easy to use.
