Overview

The Deity PR-2 Pocket Recorder is a lightweight bodypack recorder with a stereo locking 3.5mm mic/line input, 24 and 32-bit recording, wireless time code sync, and remote control.

Stereo Locking 3.5mm Mic / Line Input
The PR-2 uses a locking 3.5mm stereo mic / stereo line input for versatilite uses in a variety of settings, such as tapping a mixing board for a feed, directly recording a lavalier microphone, or even mounting it to a 3.5mm video mic for a portable shotgun setup.

24-bit and 32-bit Float Recording Formats
The PR-2 supports 24-bit and 32-bit float recording formats. The 32-bit float is an excellent feature that ensures that you won't clip your audio, even if you record too hot. This feature is especially handy if you're recording in a setting where you aren't able to monitor your levels constantly.

Wireless Time Code Sync
The PR-2 can be synced wirelessly from the Deity TC-1 Time Code Generator, ensuring your WAV files will sync with your master file or across multiple cameras or devices.

Remote Control Via Sidus Audio App
The PR-2 is remote-controlled via the Sidus Audio app, allowing every setting to be adjusted from up to 250' away.

Ergonomically Designed
The PR-2 features Deity’s triple-tap locking method to prevent accidental stopping of recording when in someone's pocket. The headphone output allows for live monitoring and checking the lavalier sound quality before recording. The device runs on 2 AA batteries for nearly 30 hours of battery life.
