IMP Combiner

The Whirlwind IMP Combiner combines two mic level signals (via three-pin XLRF inputs) into one balanced, low-impedance (150 Ohms) signal. Useful for reducing the amount of inputs needed on a mixer or workstation.

The IMP Combiner also features a phase reverse switch to flip the polarity of Mic Input #2. This corrects phase issues that might arise from miking a loud source (such as a drum kit or guitar amp) from opposite ends.

Please note: The IMP Combiner cannot pass phantom power through the unit. Please use dynamic microphones or add an external power supply if condenser microphones are necessary.
