Description

Overview

The DADM224-2C Diversity Antenna Combiner and Distribution Module offers antenna combining, antenna distribution and DC power distribution in a compact box.

It features a 4 IN and 2 x 4 OUT active antenna combiner and distribution system with built-in low loss band-pass filtering and LNA and user-adjustable gain stage at each RF input. The DADM224-2C enables coverage of two zones, while eliminating multiple receiver antennas for a tidy sound bag or cart set-up with improved RF coverage and performance.

There are four industry standard BNC input connectors for antenna inputs via standard low-loss RF cables and there 2 x 4 mini-RF SMA connectors feeding the diversity receivers. Each antenna and power input can be individually turned ON/OFF via the menu when not in use and an LED indicator reflects the current status.

The DADM224-2C has a very high input signal handling capacity with a very low noise figure and offers outstanding intermodulation performance with low power consumption.

The tuning bandwidth is designed with a semi-broadband response to suit varying applications. Each antenna input gain is individually user adjustable in 1dB steps between +6dB to -14dB.

The DADM224-2C is externally powered between 10-18V DC from a standard 4-pin Hirose input connector. It also features four Hirose DC output connectors for powering auxiliary equipment, which are also individually switchable from the menu.
