CMC 1U Windshield Kit

The Rycote Windshield Kit CMC 1 is a fully-enclosed basket windshield designed for use with the Schoeps CMC 1. It is extremely lightweight and compact.

Rycote uses patented Lyre Technology® to protect the microphone from shocks and vibrations, and its windshield consists of two “pods” and a central chassis. The pods attach to the suspension chassis ring by way of a twist-lock system that completely surrounds the microphone, connector and suspension. The robust, plastic netting and its screening material creates a still volume of air around the microphone providing excellent wind-noise reduction with minimal high-frequency loss.

This kit includes suspension, windshield, windjammer fur cover, a low profile XLR Cable, boom adaptor, and PG handle.
