NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. "Like" the Gotham Sound page (http://Facebook.com/gothamsound) on Facebook anytime on or before 11:59am on December 31st, 2013 to enter. Open to legal residents of 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (and at least 18 years of age) at the time of entry. One prize will be awarded at random. Potential winner notification: December 31st, 2013 between 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, owners, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Gotham Sound are not eligible to win the Prize within the sweepstakes (as defined below).
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes end at 11:59am ET on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Online entry only. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/Facebook account/email address/household. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. To enter you must “Like” Gotham Sound and Communications, Inc. on Facebook.
RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing among all eligible People who Like Gotham Sound and Communications, Inc. on 11:59am ET on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive one (1) 16GB iPad Air Wi-Fi 16GB - Space Gray (Approximate value $499)
PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.
NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified at the email address, postal address, telephone number and/or via direct message to the potential winner's Facebook account (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification") and may be required, if applicable, to privately (through Facebook direct message, email, or other secure, private means) provide his/her name, address, age and other personal information necessary to receive the Prize. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within seven (7) days of the date of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to have their name used in a press release or releases after accepting prize. Gotham will reserve the right to publicize the Winner's name, (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
