Interview Pole

The K-Tek Interview Pole is a specialized short boom pole that doubles as an extended handgrip. It's ideal for news media and documentaries, allowing an interviewer to maintain distance from subjects and stay out of frame when needed.

The lightweight graphite (carbon fiber) pole weighs only 0.65 lbs. (285 g), collapses down to 38.5″ (97.79cm), and has a reach of 6′ (1.84m),  while maintaining great rigidity. The two sections extend or retract in seconds with a quick-release and quick-lock.

The K-Tek Interview Pole comes standard with a comfortable foam grip, 3/8″ threaded stud, and a 5/8″ adapter insert. It is compatible with all professional shock mounts and microphone clamps (with 3/8″ or 5/8″ attachment) for handheld microphones.
