The CantarMini 16 track digital portable mixer-recorder is based on the renowned Cantar X3. It retains the full sound quality and uses the same preamps and components as the X3, but, with 16 tracks instead of 24 and a reduced number of inputs and outputs, it weighs just 6.1 lbs. (including two batteries) - about half the weight of the X3 - and, at 10.2" x 9.2" x 3.5", is considerably smaller, as well.
The CantarMini Standard Pack contains the recorder with a universal power supply and a protective pouch.
The Cantarem 2 adds twelve ultra-smooth assignable magnetic faders and four user pads to the CantarMini via USB connection.
The Hydra Pack includes a Hydra Hub and two SuperSlot receiver sockets, allowing use of two dual channel receivers out of the box. The Sub-D25 Sockets come with integrated TA3F audio outputs.
The Aaton Hydra Hub is designed to perform as the central hub for SuperSlot RF receivers, including the Wisycom MCR42, Lectrosonics SRb/Src, Sennheiser EK 6042, and Audio Limited A10.
Hydra provides direct access to the UI through dedicated screens on the Cantar display interface. It allows the set-up of options or channel frequencies as well the use of a spectrum analyzer for each receiver. With the use of two Hubs and eight Receiver Sockets, this integration offers control of up to eight two-channel wireless receivers with a global and intuitive overview.
