Manufacturer's Description:
Our Boom Tube case is designed to withstand the normal, day-to-day
working environment of film, TV and ENG shoots. Whether you work on location or
in a studio, the Boom Tube will protect your expensive microphone boom pole
during travel or in storage.
Much thought went into the design of the Boom Tube. The lid is designed so that
it is pulled off and kept tethered to the Boom Tube rather than with a hinge
that could be snapped off in the field or during shipping.
The lid is keyed so it mates with the draw latch when put back on the tube. Foam
cushions protect the ends of the boom pole in the case.
The Boom Tube is available in four sizes for boom pole lengths of 16" to 55",
collapsed, and is available in grey and now also in black lightweight ABS
plastic. The Boom Tube has a two year warranty, parts & labor.
Each Boom Tube includes a carry strap, lid retaining cord and a 3 x 2” foam
insert for decreasing interior tube length and comes with a two year warranty.
Cases can be made special order to a specific length, for an additional fee.
BoomTubes are available in three sizes and in locking and non-locking versions
